What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive the details you enter in the form, which are your name, phone number, town or zip code, the service you need, and optionally your email address and a description of the job. If you call, text or email us, we receive what you send us that way.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up on a job we did for you. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that handle it
Quote requests are delivered to our email through a form service, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may record basic visit information such as the pages viewed. These providers handle the information only to run those services for us. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, which does not use cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job information for as long as we need them for your job, warranty questions and our business records.
